Marina Rules:
1. No Wake in Marina
2. No Trailers in Marina Parking Lot unless designated “Event Boat Parking”
3. No Fueling or fuel transfer in boat slips.
4. Children under 12 must wear approved PFD, and be supervised while on docks.
5. Intoxication and possession or use of drugs on marina property is prohibited.
6. Swimming and fishing activities on docks is prohibited.
7. Slip tenant understands that he or she is subject to all rules of KEMAH BOARDWALK MARINA and applicable governmental agencies and that violation of any such rule constitutes a breach of this slip lease agreement.
