6. OUTLAW GPS SHOOTOUT

Saturday: Registration Fee: Included in Poker Run Entry

FORMAT: One Texas Outlaw Shootout GPS device is assigned to each boat and will be confirmed to be ”onboard” at each card-stop. GPS remains active throughout entire Poker Run and is then turned in to officials at the last stop. GPS “Trip Recall” function is then activated by officials to display the fastest MPH logged throughout the day, and that number is recorded as that boat’s Shootout MPH entry. Shootout Class winners are decided after all GPS devices have been handed in and recorded.

NOTE: Outlaw Shootout contestant boats must complete all Poker Run stops, and collect all tokens to have their GPS MPH number entered into the Shootout contest at the final stop.
If the boat breaks, or does not participate and finish the complete Poker Run, the GPS MPH recall number will not be eligible for competition within that class.

• Non-compliance with any of the required GPS Shoot-Out requirements will result in disqualification from all event activities.

o (That just means that if you are suspected of relocating the official GPS to any moving object other than the boat to which the GPS was assigned, you will be dealt with in true Texas fashion….let’s just say, I wouldn’t advise cheating!)
